A First Class Hike...again
Once again, my weekend was "wasted" because i had to go for a first class hike as a follower. The ironical thing is that i have actually gone for the hike as a testaker already, so wtf man.
I calculated, in total i have been to 7 hikes, 2 as testaker, 5 as followers. I followed Darren for his ASS when i was sec1, then gone for my own ASS when i was sec2, KJ for his attempt no.1 FCH at the end of sec2, KJ for his attempt no.2 FCH early this year, then gone for my own FCH, then KJ's CCA hike, then finally Gabriel's FCH.
I definitely didnt regret going to any of the hikes as a follower, because it left many memorable experiences. Neither did i regret going as a testaker, DUH, cause it helped me get the badges. Darren's hike was less memorable, but nonetheless, i gained lots of experiences since it was my first scout hike. KJ's first attempt was memorable too, lots of bonding, and that was when i was inspired to be the SPL of sea, after wearing bluh blah bleh. KJ's second attempt was less memorable since we covered the same route before, except that this time it was by foot, haha. KJ's CCA hike was extremely memorable since its just fresh in my head, and it was basically the last time i would go on a hike with him, my fellow stingray mate, my dearest sec4 senior, the SPL who fought hard for me in the Final PLC, the person who encouraged me and comforted me when i wanted to be SPL, my friend. Well, and last but not least, the hike which i went for yesterday...probably one of the most fun hikes i've been to.
Weeee...thats about it for the records of my scout hikes, there will be much more to come in the future, or maybe just one more? Yes...i hope, just one more...which is me being a testaker not a follower.
