Just like everyone says...time flies, how true. I was just browsing some scout pictures and i realised how quick it is for the pltc to be over. I remembered last year after UTC i was so overjoyed for getting first and looking forward to win PLTC again, well and here we are today, PLTC is over. Next was the stepping up pictures, fond memories of my seniors, and so quickly, it is time for them to step down and my turn to step up. Time really does fly so i better make the best out of the time i have now to do some bonding...instead of mugging and studying and homeworking (:
